An underground parking garage can be considered a disadvantage for several reasons. Firstly, it can be more expensive to build and maintain compared to above-ground parking structures. Additionally, underground garages may be more prone to flooding or water damage. They can also be less convenient for drivers, as they may have to navigate through narrow ramps and tight spaces to access their parking spot. Finally, underground garages may also pose safety concerns for pedestrians and drivers due to reduced visibility and potential security issues. **
